Our organisation is dedicated to empowering our beneficiaries to overcome poverty and achieve a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle. In collaboration with Ghana Health Service and NORSAAC, PRONET NORTH under the USAID-ASBC activity hosted a community health fair at DBI . This initiative aimed to generate demand for health service products, increased access and promote measurable behaviour change to improve health status of individuals and communities.
Health talks around sexual and reproductive health, Nutrition, malaria, family planning and overall wellbeing. The mother-to -mother group performed a health- focused role play to emphasize the importance of SMC for preventing malaria in children and the need to seek professional medical attention when needed.
Additionally, a health worker led an interactive forum, encouraging open dialogue and discussions. Simultaneously , free health screenings were conducted for sugar levels,HIV/AIDS, and BMI.
